We have more than 20 years of experience with internal leadership programs and collaborate with some of Norway’s largest organizations. Programs are adapted to level and target group, and may include workshops, triad conversations, individual coaching, assessments, and implementation work.

We believe in learning that takes place in everyday practice. That’s why preparation, follow-up, and reflection are always tied to real situations in the leader’s work. Development efforts are closely connected to internal processes – and build on what already works. TNG Consulting combines theoretical expertise on learning and development with a strong practical approach – we work with leadership development every week.
