LEARN Level 1 – ACC Certification Program

A complete development program for those who want to grow as individuals, strengthen their communication, and develop as professional coaches.

LEARN Level 1 consists of two module-based courses—LEARN Self-Leadership & Coaching and LEARN Coach Training—and provides a solid foundation for becoming an ICF-certified coach at the ACC level. You will develop both personally and professionally, strengthening your self-awareness, relational competence, and ability to facilitate the growth of others.

Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on training in the ICF Core Competencies, learn to communicate with greater awareness and impact, and explore how to use coaching as a strategic tool in your everyday context. You will develop a clear, confident, and adaptable coaching style—and receive close professional guidance along the way, including mentor coaching and a performance evaluation.

  • LEARN Self-Leadership & Coaching: 3 in-person modules of 2 days each, 3 online sessions of 2 hours each, Total: 60 hours
  • LEARN Coach Training: 2 days of in-person teaching, 1 virtual day of group-based mentor coaching, 3 individual mentor coaching sessions, 3 online sessions, 3 hours of ethics training, performance evaluation, Total: 40 hours

  • Use listening and questioning as tools for dialogue and development
  • Apply a coaching approach when engaging with others
  • Give and receive feedback that fosters growth and learning
  • Plan the entire coaching journey—from contracting to closure

ICF Certification

LEARN Level 1 is an ICF-accredited certification program (Level 1 pathway) that meets all requirements for the ACC level:

  • At least 60 hours of accredited training
  • 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 group, 3 individual)
  • Final performance evaluation

Note: In addition, you must document 100 hours of coaching practice to apply for ICF certification.

The program provides a solid foundation for working as an internal or external coach, while also being relevant if you want to strengthen your ability to support and develop others in your current role.
