Get more feedback

The ability to give and receive feedback is crucial for learning, performance, and development—for both individual leaders and the organization as a whole. Still, experience and research show that many leaders receive little feedback from their surroundings, especially from employees.

This course helps leaders understand what actually influences the amount and quality of feedback they receive—and how they themselves can contribute to creating safety and space for feedback in the organization. This leads to better decision-making.

The program combines short expert inputs with reflection, experience sharing, and simple practices that can be applied right away.
