Resilience & Adaptability is a practice-oriented course that gives participants the opportunity to explore their own values, strengths, and drivers—and to develop a personal compass that provides direction and support in challenging situations.

The program combines reflection, professional insight, and practical training, creating the foundation for lasting learning and direct transfer to everyday work life.

  • Format: 2-day in-person session + 2 online sessions of 3 hours each (Alternative: 7 online sessions of 3 hours each)
  • Methodology: Reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises. A high degree of participant involvement and practice.

Participants will learn to:

  • Increase accountability related to their own role, needs, and contributions
  • Clarify expectations—upward, downward, and sideways
  • Explore their own strengths, values, and drivers—and formulate a personal compass
  • Enhance self-awareness and understand their own response patterns when facing stress and change
  • Practice handling challenging relationships and taking responsibility for their own impact

The program is suitable for leaders and middle managers in transition, or for key employees and specialists with high responsibility and pace.
It can also be used by HR and development departments to build inner strength within the organization.
