Jenny has been a coach for over 20 years, first as a leader and later as a consultant in her own business for the past 15 years. She has authored several books, conducted research on gender equality, and developed a wide range of courses. Together with Toril, Jenny created the courses under the LEARN umbrella.
Based in Sweden, Jenny is known for her dedication, clarity, and positive attitude. She challenges her clients to explore new perspectives and thought-provoking processes. Today, Jenny is certified as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has more than 2,000 coaching hours of experience. She has worked across the public sector, private enterprise, and nonprofit organizations.
Jenny has extensive experience from a broad range of industries and roles, including coach, leadership trainer, facilitator, and leader. She has published several works and books, and Jenny is also the founder of Khraft, a company offering coaching, leadership training, business development, and strategic advisory for local entrepreneurs, growing start-ups, large corporations, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she runs the KHRAFT podcast, which focuses on leadership and coaching.
